Description

Aggrandizement-motivated TFGBV often occurs within communities where harmful acts against others are rewarded with social capital, recognition, or elevated status. This motivation creates incentive structures that encourage escalation - perpetrators may increase the severity of their actions to maintain or elevate their status within these communities.
